Pathaan box office collection Day 10: The Shah Rukh Khan film is showing no signs of slowing down and has hit Rs 725 crore worldwide

The film Pathaan, in which Shah Rukh Khan starred for the first time in more than four years, is dominating the box office. Since its January 25 release, it has enjoyed a phenomenal run at the box office and is also raising the bar for the Hindi film industry. The action-spy thriller has already surpassed the 700 cr milestone globally and is quickly approaching the 400 cr mark domestically.

The most recent Box Office India report indicates that Pathaan made Rs 13 crore on its second Friday, making its overall earnings to about Rs 375 cr. In order to surpass Aamir Khan's Dangal and become the all-time top grossing Bollywood film, it simply needs an additional Rs 12–13 crore. The total lifetime earnings for Dangal is Rs 387.38 cr. Ahead of it are the Hindi versions of Baahubali 2 which made Rs 510.99 cr and KGF 2 which collected Rs 434.70 cr. According to a Box Office Worldwide report, the movie has made Rs 725 crore worldwide after 10 complete days of release.

It's anticipated that Pathaan would eventually surpass both KGF 2 and Baahubali 2. The movie gave hope, especially to the Hindi cinema industry, which had been cast off by many because of its repeated failures at the box office, to the theatrical market after a three-year slump. 

Pathaan, an action-spy movie also starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, is billed as SRK's triumphant return to starring role after an absence of more than four years and his first action movie after a career playing hearthrobs. Pathaan is directed by Siddharth Anand.
