Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan is enjoying amazing box office success even after playing for almost a month. The movie has surpassed the desired Rs 1000 crore mark internationally and is steadily moving in the direction of being the best Hindi-language movie locally. This week's fresh releases of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania by Marvel and Shehzada by Kartik Aaryan did not have any impact on Pathaan.

The movie increased its nett collections in India by Rs 1.25 crore on its fourth Monday, according to the industry tracker Sacnilk. With this addition, the movie's total Indian revenue in Hindi now stands at about Rs 499 crore. Before surpassing the Hindi version of Baahubali: The Conclusion, which brought in Rs 510.99 crore, there is still some miles to go. The movie surpassed Rs 10 crore in additional revenue during its fourth weekend in the Hindi market. It made Rs 2.20 crore on Friday, Rs 3.25 crore on Saturday, and then a hefty Rs 4.15 crore on Sunday.

After adding together Monday's revenues, the movie has quickly passed the Rs 1000 cr threshold. According to Box Office Worldwide, the movie's domestic gross take was Rs 623 crore and its worldwide take was Rs 377 crore, bringing its total take to Rs 1000 crore.

Pathaan is the fifth Indian film to have crossed the Rs 1000 cr mark worldwide after Dangal (Rs 1968.03 cr), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 1747 cr), KGF 2 (Rs 1188 cr) and RRR (Rs 1174 cr). It is to be noted that Pathaan has achieved the feat without being released in China.

With his most recent film, Shehzada, Kartik Aaryan, who saved Bollywood from being written off in 2022 with his flick Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, has failed miserably. Now, Akshay Kumar, who appeared in four unsuccessful films last year, is making a comeback on Friday with his movie Selfiee.
