Pathaan: John Abraham reveals when he'll finish shooting for Shah Rukh Khan's film, calls him a 'darling'

John Abraham is neck deep in promotions for his upcoming film titled Attack that also Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh in significant roles. The actor, who was earlier busy filming for Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Pathaan in Spain, had to stop mid-way and come back to the country for the promotions of Attack. 

While speaking with the media for the promotions of Attack, John also shed light about his much anticipated SRK co-starrer Pathaan. The Attack star was quizzed about his much hyped action sequences in Pathaan, to which he said, "I am not in a position to say much on that. I can only tell you that Shah Rukh is a darling," adding that the audiences will be excited to see him back on screen. 

When asked about the delay in making a Malayalam film with Arjun Kapoor, the actor shared that the project had to be postponed indefinitely as he couldn't complete the shoot for Pathaan in December as the SRK-Deepika starrer got delayed. 

Further clarifying about the project with Arjun Kapoor in Malayalam, the Attack star told media persons, "I still have to go back and shoot for Pathaan." He said that he was supposed to complete the shoot for Pathaan in December, but now he will complete in April this year. "I've lost everyone's dates, so this Malayalam film has been pusdhed indefinitely, unfortunately," he stated.

Helmed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan is slated to hit the silver screens on January 25, 2023. The same was announced by the makers in a teaser video that released earlier this year. Meanwhile, John is gearing up for the release of Attack in which he will be seen playing a super soldier. The film will release in theatres on April 1.
