Rubina Dilaik, who won Bigg Boss 14, revealed that on one fine New Year's Day, she confessed her love to Abhinav Shukla. "I want to grow old with you," she told him right after taking a shower. "Thank you," was the only response she got from her boyfriend at that point.

"For months, I kept wondering if that was a no or a maybe. And then one fine day, out of nowhere, after almost 9 months, he says, ‘Me too.’ That was his answer to my proposal, nine months later," Rubina recalled, as she narrated her love story on the show hosted by Sonali Bendre and recently re-married Munawar Faruqui. Rubina tags her and Abhinav's relationship as 'thoda hatke, thoda unpredictable but very real.' Their biggest panga, she believes, is how the two are opposites. While he is all about logic and science, she is more into emotion and creativity.
