Patna Shuklla is an upcoming crime-drama that delves deep into the crimes and scams going on in India. Raveena Tandon as lawyer Tanvi Shuklla, will be bringing the terrible crimes to light through the film. It will be showing a common woman Tanvi’s uncommon journey, who takes the initiative to fight for a student, when she sees her getting involved in a roll number scam. The film will be highlighting the heinous crimes that are affecting millions of students every year in India.

Backed by Arbaaz Khan, Patna Shuklla is now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. But before watching the film, check out what Raveena Tandon and Anushka Kaushik have to say. Recently in an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, the duo openly talked about the scams and pointed out how it's ruining lives.

Raveena revealed that when she first read the script of Patna Shuklla, she was shocked and stunned. She had no idea these crimes were going on. She kept saying that she researched numerous details about educational scams on Google. Tandon stated that it was very important to make Patna Shuklla to make people realise the grave situation.

The KGF-actress got emotional while talking about young students’ futures. It's literally shocking for her to learn how the education system is ruining the young generation, just when they are shaping their future. And we absolutely agree with her that a film like Patna Shuklla was very much needed.

While talking about scams, Raveena counted how many scams are going on like - university scams, fake marksheet scams, paper leak scams, admission scams, scholarship scams, a whole fake university scams, and the list goes on. She feels thrilled to know what common man goes through on a daily basis like how a middle class father saves all of his money for their children’s bright futures, and this is how he gets scammed.

However, Anushka Kaushik pointed out how women still get judged for their dedication in work, and how they are still getting treated like dustbin among their male co-workers and male bosses. She also talked about how society has a double standard. Despite telling that profession has no gender, they keep on discriminating against women in every other way possible.
