Actress Sneha’s father Rajaram recently turned 70, and to mark the special occasion, the Pattas actress wanted to give him a pleasant surprise. The actress took her father to a special children's home at Red Hills, Chennai and celebrated his birthday along with the children there. Witnessing such a heart-warming surprise, Sneha’s father Rajaram was needless to say, in emotional glee.
The septuagenarian not only celebrated the occasion by cutting the birthday cake amidst the cheerful wishes of the special children, but also served delicious biriyani to the children and made this occasion indeed a special one for the kids, too. In attendancer were Rajaram's grandchildren, Sneha's son Vihaan and daughter Aadhyantaa. Sneha's kids served the biriyani to the children at the home and also gifted books to them.
On the work front, Sneha was last seen in Pattas, opposite Dhanush. Dhanush and Sneha had undergone martial arts training for their respective characters before the commencement of the shoot. The film was written and directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar and was bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films. The film hit screens in 2020 on the occasion of Pongal and received mixed reviews.
Sneha, is currently working on Shot Boot 3, which is a children's film directed by Arun Vaidyanathanan. Sneha will be seen as a strict and disciplinarian mother in the film and will feature opposite Venkat Prabhu. Interestingly, Sneha had earlier appeared in a cameo in Venkat Prabhu's directorial Goa. She had earlier worked with Arun Vaidyanathan in Achamundu Achamundu. The film is jointly produced by Universe Creations and Trident Arts.
Sneha decided to take a break from the acting profession, during the peak of her career to settle into family life. She married actor Prasanna, and the duo are now the most adorable parents to two loveable children. She is back into the industry, by choosing good content-driven roles and scripts.
