Pattth OTT release date: When and where to watch Jithin Issac Thomas' acclaimed film online

The makers of the Malayalam film, Pattth, have confirmed that the film will have a direct OTT release soon. It has been revealed that the movie will be streaming on Manorama Max.

This highly acclaimed film, which received favourable reviews at the 29th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK), 2024, will begin streaming on the well-known OTT platform the following week. After its OTT release, it is anticipated that the movie will receive the recognition it merits and attract a wider audience. Recent Malayalam films that made its digital debut includes Maranamass, Bromance, Big Ben, Iyer in Arabia, and so on. 

All about Jithin Issac Thomas' Pattth

Jithin Isaac Thomas is the director of the movie. Prior to directing the brief piece "Pra Thu Mu" in Freedom Fight, he directed Attention Please, which starred Vishnu Govindan in the lead role. His most recent film, Rekha, received praise for its subject and performances.

The focus of Pattth is Unni, a struggling film editor who is working on a travel vlog, which features a traditional song being sung by a Kenyan tribe. After hearing the song, Unni's grandmother begins to sing along and asserts that she is familiar with it. His grandmother's song is shared on social media by Unni and his girlfriend Anupama, who are intrigued. Upon noticing from the comments that the song was well-known, they decided to create a documentary on its beginnings. They interview people who claim to know the song from all walks of life as they travel around Kerala. The movie then follows how the song's mystery grows with each new encounter they make.
