How to watch Peacemaker 2 in India?

Peacemaker 2 will take the eponymous bumbling hero to an alternate universe where he becomes enamored due to his perfect life. James Gunn’s superhero series will have some Superman crossovers that interconnect it with DC’s multiverse. Peacemaker 2 Episode 1, titled ‘The Ties That Grind,’ will premiere in India on August 22 via JioHotstar and OTTplay Premium. Interestingly, it will stream in both English and Hindi, and that makes it more accessible for the global audience. You can expect Episode 2, titled ‘A Man Is Only as Good as His Bird,’ on August 29, a week later than the first episode. Similarly, the eight episodic series will conclude in October.

Peacemaker 2 cast and plot

The plot also revolves around a revenge-seeking father who hatches plans to kill Peacemaker to avenge his son’s murder (that happened in The Suicide Squad). Peacemaker, a spinoff series, has been renewed with another power-packed sequel. Meanwhile, Peacemaker 1 is streaming in Hindi on OTTplay Premium.

John Cena is back as Christopher Smith alongside his squad. Danielle Brooks reprises her role as Leota Adebayo (daughter of former A.R.G.U.S. director), alongside Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase/Vigilante, Steve Agee as John Economos, an agent, and Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt. Frank Grillo will play John Cena’s rival as his character, Rick Flag Sr., will hunt down Peacemaker to avenge the death of his son.
