Pooja Ramachandran and John Kokken announce pregnancy

Actors Pooja Ramachandran and John Kokken have announced that they are expecting their first child together. The couple took to their social media handles to announce the news and shared a series of pictures along with it. They captioned the pictures in similar words, "Whirlwind of a love story, undying spirits, hearty laughters, crazy fights, endless conversations, lust, love and adventure, oh what a ride we’ve had and now we are excited to say our little miracle is on the way 2023 you are going to be so special! (sic)." Pooja and John got married in 2019.

On the work front, John is currently busy with Dhanush's Captain Miller, which is helmed by Arun Matheswaran and Ajith's Thunivu, directed by H Vinoth. The actor had called the opportunity a godsend and had stated that working with Ajith was a learning for a lifetime. He had written on his social media handle, "From watching you in BILLA to working with you in VEERAM & working with you again in #ak61 ,it's been a long journey. I am grateful to God for meeting you,knowing you and learning from you in this lifetime & I shall always love you Ajith Kumar Sir. #HappyTeachersDay2022 (sic)."

He had even worn a T shirt with a picture of Ajith on it during the promotions of his film Poikkal Kuthirai and had captioned it, "Attended my first ever official movie Press meet yesterday on the 23rd of July 2022 for my upcoming Tamil film #PoikkalKuthirai releasing on August 5th,2022.The T-shirt I am wearing is a small gesture to show my love,my gratitude and my respect to MY SUPERHERO-AJITH KUMAR SIR (sic)." John shot to fame after his appearance in Pa Ranjith's sports flick Sarpatta Parambarai. Pooja, on the other hand, was last seen in Andhagaaram in Tamil. Her other notable films include Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi, Nannbenda and Kanchana 2.
