Two updates on Pradeep Ranganathan’s films have come back-to-back this week. The glimpse ‘First Punch’ from Love Insurance Kompany, and Dude first single Oorum Blood, were released by the makers on social media. Both have been well received, and interestingly, both Love Insurance Kompany and Dude are set for Diwali release on October 17.

If one has to go by the recent updates, then actor and director Pradeep Ranganathan will be having two releases this Diwali. His romantic drama Love Insurance Kompany with director Vignesh Shivan and Dude with debutant Keerthiswaran, are slated for Diwali release on the same day, October 17. To add on to this, the makers of Love Insurance Kompany released a quirky glimpse and Dude had its first single out. Both updates were well received, given they had their own key highlights.

At a recent awards event held, Pradeep Ranganathan had said that either Love Insurance Kompany or Dude will hit theatres for Diwali. However, the actor-director did not give away which film will be releasing for the festive season. Either way, Pradeep Ranganathan will be meeting his audience for Diwali. Pradeep, who has already starred in this year’s blockbuster Dragon, has, however, shared both the updates from his social media handles.

Love Insurance Kompany stars SJ Suryah, Krithi Shetty, Seeman and others, while Dude has Mamitha Baiju, Sarathkumar, among others. With Anirudh Ravichander scoring for Love Insurance Kompany, Sai Abhyankkar makes his Tamil debut with Dude.
