Prakambanam day 4 box office collection: The latest Malayalam horror comedy Prakambanam is slowly finding its footing at the box office, registering strong growth on day 4. Starring young actors Ganapathi, Sagar Surya and Ameen, the film raked in Rs 1.51 crore, overtaking the other release of director Jeethu Joseph's Valathu Vasathe Kallan at the cinemas. Here’s a look at Prakambanam's box office figures as the film adds more than 210 shows.

What’s Prakambanam day 4 box office collection

Directed by Vijesh Panathur, Prakambanam released in theaters on January 30, 2026, and opened with just Rs 0.38 crore, courtesy the low buzz around the movie with no big names. However, the horror comedy more than doubled its earnings on day 2 with 0.9 crore and showed impressive growth on day 3 with Rs 1.51 crore in India net collections, as per the figures on industry tracker Sacnilk.

On the other hand, Valathu Vasathe Kallan, which also released in theatres on January 30, fell slightly behind Prakambanam with Rs 1.15 crore collected on day 3 in India net collections. However, in worldwide box office collections, the Jeethu Joseph thriller is ahead with Rs 3.9 crore, while the youngsters-led horror comedy made Rs 3.12 crore.

Amid this strong growth, more shows have also been added to Prakambanam. The makers have said more than 210 shows have been added for the horror comedy
