Akshay Kumar’s Prithviraj is a massive project that is only a couple of weeks away from its big release. The project’s makers have now released the teaser for a song, titled Hadd Kar De from the movie.

The song is a vibrant number that takes the viewers’ breath away with its grand visuals, making use of the Holi setting. We get to see a number of extras on a massive set including a number of dancers and others with big drums as Akshay’s Prithviraj walks down to meet Manushi Chhillar. The two meet up and Chillar’s Sanyogita is seen entertaining the king with a dance.

The song in itself is an instant hit, with it immediately forcing the listeners to tap their feet and even bust into a few moves. The chorus in the song is one that could be a big hit with the fans as well. The makers have only released a 47-second video snippet of the song, saying that the film will be available in theatres from June 3.

Neeti Mohan has sung the song with the folk singer Keerthi Sagathia. Shankar- Ehsaan-Loy has composed the song with its lyrics written by Varun Grover.

Akshay Kumar has come out appreciating the fact that the movie has original music in it, something that is becoming less common these days in Bollywood. “What I love about the songs in our film based on Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan’s life is that they are all original music! Today, hardly any film can boast of this and I love the album dearly because the songs are not in the film just for the sake of it,” the actor said in a statement.

Akshay Kumar essay the role of the legendary Prithviraj Chauhan in the movie, directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi. Apart from Akshay and Chhillar, the movie also features Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana and Sakshi Tanwar in supporting roles.

Produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films, the historical war drama will hit theatres on June 3.
