Prithviraj Sukumaran and Vivek Oberoi’s Kaduva is all set to hit theatres on June 30. The upcoming ‘mass’ action thriller has already got die-hard fans of the Malayalam actor excited for the release as it marks his comeback to the genre after almost a decade.

The team has also ensured that the movie gets a pan-Indian theatrical release, with its dropping in all South languages. Considering the actor’s soaring popularity after the reception of his recent movies such as Driving Licence, Ayyappanum Koshiyum and Jana Gana Mana in OTT, Kaduva’s digital rights too were much sought after by leadings streaming platforms.

According to reports, Amazon Prime Video has clinched the deal with the film’s producers – Prithviraj Productions and Magic Frames. Incidentally, Prithviraj’s previous direct-to-OTT releases such as Cold Case, Kuruthi and Bhramam had all released on the platform. Kaduva is expected to premiere on the platform after the film’s theatrical run, by July end or the first week of August.
