Private out on OTT: Here's where to watch Indrans-Meenakshi Anoop's latest film online

Another recent Malayalam film has made its OTT debut on Manorama Max. The portal is currently streaming the gripping movie Private, which stars Indrans and Meenakshi Anoop. Here's more about the movie ahead of watching it online...

Private out on Manorama Max

Based on existing trends, the film will be accessible on Amazon Prime Video after its Manorama Max premiere. If so, OTTplay Premium users can watch the movie through a top-up option on the streaming site. After its October theatrical release, Private did not receive much attention. Because of this, it is unclear how it will be received after its online premiere. Another movie that debuted on the same platform today (November 21) is a Malayalam anthology called "Shades of Life." Manorama Max is now streaming the recent Malayalam flicks Sarkeet, Karam, and Thayyal Machine.

Private plot, cast and other details

The trailer for Private claims that Indrans portrays a lone man named Balan Marar who lives on the outskirts of a Karnataka region, while Meenakshi plays a young woman named Ashitha Begum who is stranded there and looking for somewhere to stay. Two strangers from different origins meet in a story that explores emotions, relationships, and perhaps some intriguing turns. The movie will undoubtedly look at their odd friendship. 

In the movie helmed by Deepak Deon, Annu Antony also plays a significant part. The screenplay for this movie was written by the director. Jaya Krishna edited the film, and Aswin Sathya produced the music. The camera work was done by Faisal Ali.  

Meenakshi, who became well-known for anchoring some popular reality shows, is most recognised for her role as a young performer in Amar Akbar Anthony. The comedy-drama is available on Sun NXT and OTTplay Premium. Officer on Duty was her most recent movie.
