Priyadarshi's Balagam: Day nine collections better than the rest, Dil Raju in profit zone

Balagam is a film that has caught the imagination of many. Right from the day its trailer was launched, the film has only been winning appreciation from all over. Comedian Venu Yeldandi has turned director with this film which has been presented by ace producer Dil Raju. The film has now been completed nine days after its release and is making money.

As per the trade experts, Balagam has made the highest collections on day nine than any other day from the time it was released. Generally, the collections of films go down once they complete a week but that is not the case for Balagam as it is growing with solid word of mouth. Dil Raju needs to be credited as he promoted the film in an aggressive manner before its release.

Balagam is doing extremely well in Telangana where the film is set. It talks about the various scenario changes that take place after an elderly person passes away in a family. The village drama has Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram in lead roles. The first half of the film is filled with humor and the second half is an emotional tale of a joint family.

Dil Raju has made big money from this film. His daughter, Hanshita Reddy, and nephew Harshith Reddy have produced this film under a budget of two crores. Well, they have already made four times the profit with the film. The nontheatrical rights of Balagam have also fetched big money for th makers. Amazon Prime has bought the OTT rights of Balagam.
