Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Kiara Advani’s Mothers’ Day posts will melt your heart

It’s Mothers’ Day today! And what could be more special than celebrating this special day with your loved ones. While social media is flooded with messages, Bollywood celebrities have also hoped onto this brigade. Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, and Kiara Advani are amongst those who have dropped special messages for their loved ones.

Today, Priyanka Chopra penned down an emotional post for her mother Madhu Chopra. Taking to Instagram, she wrote, “I am so lucky to have always known the love of a mother. My mother is the strongest woman I know. And her mother was too. I come from a lineage of women who are warriors and I was blessed to be raised by many of them. My Mum, my aunts, my grandmothers. Thank you, Ma, you’re the greatest gift in my life. I could not be more grateful you’re mine!”

She continued, “To all the moms out there... the ones I have a privilege of knowing and working with and the ones I don’t… you are superheroes. As a new mum I have so much respect for all the providers and nurtures (my mother insists mothers are also providers, I agree) who devote themselves to the next generation. My gratitude. Also thank you Denise for raising an exceptional son and for all the love you bestow upon our family. I’m so blessed. And… I love you Malti Marie. Thank you for making me a mama. It’s the greatest honour of my life that you chose me.”

Bollywood superstar Alia Bhatt too shared a sweet Mothers’ Day wish. Taking to Instagram, she shared a picture of her mother Soni Razdan standing tall beside her mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor. She wrote, “Happy Mamas Day.”

Kiara Advani, too, shared a picture showing a similar emotion. Advani shared an unseen picture from her wedding ceremony featuring her mother, mother-in-law and husband Sidharth Malhotra.

Earlier in the day, actors Anushka Sharma, Vicky Kaushal, Kajol, Shehnaaz Gill and Nimrat Kaur also greeted their family members on the occasion.
