Priyanka Chopra gets hurt on the sets of Citadel, posts photo of injury

Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who is currently shooting for her upcoming show Citadel, wounded herself during an action sequence in the show. The actress shared a photo of herself, captioning it, “What’s real and what’s not?”

The photo the actress posted showed some blood on her face. After a while, Priyanka shared a fan’s reply saying that the wounds on her cheeks were real while the wounds on her forehead were fake. The actress gave it a thumbs down and shared a close-up of her injury, revealing a cut on her eyebrows. 

Priyanka has been shooting for the series in London for the past few months. The actress essays the role of a spy in Citadel. Photos from the sets of Citadel recently surfaced, and it showed the actress doing extensive stunt sequences for the movie. 

Citadel sees Priyanka share screen with Richard Madden, who played Robb Stark in Game of Thrones and is also starring in Eternals. With the Russo brothers, who directed Avengers: Endgame, serving as executive producers, the show is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video. 

Apart from Citadel, Priyanka has a number of projects in the pipeline. The actress will be seen in the much-awaited fourth instalment of The Matrix franchise titled The Matrix: Resurrections, which will also star Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss. She is also set to make her return to Bollywood with Jee Le Zaraa along with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
