Priyanka Chopra Jonas REVEALS she had her lunch alone in the bathroom in the US, and more!

One of the most renowned celebrities in the world is Priyanka Chopra Jonas. She made her mark in the West as well after giving some intense performances in Bollywood. Many contemporary women who wish to live their lives on own terms look up to her as an inspiration. Recently, the actress talked openly about how she struggled to fit in when she initially came to the US to pursue her studies. She admitted that she had her meal in the washroom in the past. 

Priyanka, who is renowned for her unwavering confidence, had a history of having poor confidence. She improved herself over time while also serving as an inspiration to others. She has recently stayed her own hype girl, which has greatly aided her in navigating her hectic life circumstances.

Over the years, Priyanka Chopra Jonas has spoken openly about her horrifying experience as a teen when she first immigrated to the US. The actress recently discussed how the first few weeks were quite difficult for her and how she later overcome her concerns to become her own hype girl on the Today Show. 

She said, “I used to have my lunch in the bathroom, inside one of the stalls because I was so nervous. I didn’t know how to go to the cafeteria and get food; I would get Dortios from a vending machine. I had go to the bathroom, quickly eat, and go to my class, so I didn’t have to meet kids.”

The actress further added that it felt more like a non – American than an Indian. Priyanka acknowledged that she sought to blend in by drastically altering who she was. She was forced to explain to her peers why she couldn't date or go out on the town because she was from a traditional home. Later on, though, she gained confidence and changed.
