Priyanka Chopra Jonas honoured to narrate Tiger tale

The film follows a mother tiger as she teaches her children to be brave in the face of danger, whether it be from bears, pythons, or ferocious male tigers. The cubs are energetic, unpredictable, and occasionally awkward, but they learn a lot from their wise mother. Rob Sullivan and Vanessa Berlowitz co-directed Tiger, the ground-breaking product of 1,500 days of filming, which Roy Conli, Linfield, and Berlowitz also produced. Mark Linfield served as director.

The brand-new original feature film from Disneynature will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on April 22, 2024, Earth Day, and will combine thrilling action with surprisingly personal moments.

Tigers on the Rise prequel

Disney+ Hotstar users can also watch this prequel to Tiger, Tigers on the Rise, a fitting film for Earth Day. The film commemorates the incredible recovery of one of the world's most famous creatures, and Blair Underwood narrates it. A huge problem for humans and other animals alike is that tiger populations have recovered to the point that many of the large cats are leaving their natural habitats in India and making their way into farms and villages. The story's protagonists are the community patrols, biologists, and veterinarians who are fighting for tiger-human harmony.

Rob Sullivan, Alistair Tones, Vanessa Berlowitz, Mark Linfield, and Roy Conli are the producers and directors of Tigers on the Rise for Disneynature.
