Oh no! All those who were eagerly waiting for Priyanka Chopra Jonas to grace Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha’s wedding can take a backseat now. According to a reliable report, the Hollywood star is not going to attend Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha’s wedding festivities in Udaipur.

What is the latest update?

Soon after Priyanka Chopra’s mother Dr Madhu Chopra arrived in Udaipur today at noon, netizens eagerly awaited to catch a glimpse of Priyanka Chopra Jonas. However, a report published by Filmfare magazine, just a while ago, conveys that the Citadel actress is likely to skip her India visit.

“As per our sources, #PriyankaChopraJonas who is #ParineetiChopra's cousin may skip her wedding on Sunday due to prior commitments,” read the report.

A week ago, multiple reports claimed that Priyanka’s husband, singer Nick Jonas is not going to attend the wedding festivities. Multiple reports believe that Nick and his daughter Malti Marie will not attend the function due to prior engagements. And now, Priyanka – being a mother of a one-year-old child – has decided to skip the festivities.

Clearly, all the fans of Priyanka will be unhappy about the development.

What’s in store at #Raagneeti wedding?

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha will tie the knot on September 24 at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. Prior to this event, the mehendi and sangeet ceremony will be held on September 23 at the same venue in the city.

Earlier in the day, a huge chunk of guests started pouring in at the Udaipur airport including the to-be bride's mother and father, brothers, and more.

It is believed that all the guests of the much-awaited ceremony were stationed in Delhi for two weeks before their arrival today in Udaipur. In Delhi, Parineeti and Raghav, popularly known as Raagneeti, performed Ardas and Kirtan – a way of offering prayers to the divine deity.

The adorable duo got engaged on May 13 this year.
