Puaada new poster: Ammy Virk-Sonam Bajwa promise a fun ride

A new poster from Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa's Puaada was unveiled on August 1. The new poster introduces us to Ammy, Sonam and also their on-screen families.

The funny poster features Ammy and Sonam on the opposite sides of a closed door. While Sonam struggles to open the door, Ammy makes a sad face.

The poster hints that the couple goes through some situations in their love life, which will make audiences laugh at their expense.

Ammy and Sonam were last seen in Nikka Zaildar 3. Counting Puaada (translated: Panga), they have collaborated on screen for the fifth time in their movie career. The film is slated to release in theatres during the Independence Day weekend this year i.e. August 12.

Rupinder Chahal makes his directorial debut with the rom-com. Puaada was to release in the first half of 2021 but was postponed owing to the COVID-19 situation in India. Now that the conditions have improved, the makers have decided to go ahead and release the movies in theatres.

Post its theatrical release, Puaada is likely to stream on ZEE5, given it is distributed by Zee Studios. A&A Pictures and Brat Films, who had presented Diljit Dosanjh-Neeru Bajwa’s Shadaa, are presenting the film.

Produced by Atul Bhalla, Pawan Gill, Anurag Singh, Aman Gill, Balwinder Singh Janjua, the film also stars Anita Devgan, Hardeep Gill, Seema Kaushal, Sukhwinder Chahal, Nisha Bano, Gurpreet Bhangu, Prakash Gadhu, Honey Mattu, Mintu Kapa and Sukhwinder Raj in pivotal roles.
