Zee 5's Puli Meka Trailer: This Aadi Saikumar, Lavanya Tripathi starrer looks intense and intriguing

Zee 5 is churning out some interesting web series in the last year or so. After the success of ATM, the streaming giant is now ready with its latest show Puli Meka. This show is quite special for various reasons as it is created by Kona Venkat. Noted actress, Lavanya Tripathi, and Aadi Sai Kumar make their OTT debuts with this show whose trailer was launched by Siddhu Jonnalagadda.

Puli Meka is all about a serial killer who is on the loose. Lavanya Tripathi plays a dead cop who is brought into the scene to nab the killer. Aadi Sai Kumar plays a forensic expert in this series and his character looks quite interesting. The special aspect of this series is that the serial killer who is on the loose is after the cops and is killing them one after the other.

Siri Hanmanth and senior actor Suman are seen in key roles in this series. The promo showcases gritty scenes related to a police investigation. Directed by Chakravarthy Reddy, this show is a cat-and-mouse game between the cops and the killer, hence it is called Puli Meka. The combination of Aadi and Lavanya looks good and for the first time in her career, Lavanya sheds her glam image and has tried something serious.

Though the premise of the show looks familiar, the screenplay is interesting and the promo raises curiosity about who the killer is. Praveen Lakkaraju's music nicely enhances the visuals and the DOP makes sure that the backdrop is gritty and gives an intense ride for the audience. The web series will have two seasons as per the news and will start streaming from the 24th of this month.
