Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun is the chief guest for the aha Telugu Indian Idol 2 Finale, here’s the episode promo

One of the leading regional OTT platforms in India, aha has been a pioneer in the Telugu digital space, delving into unchartered territories in fiction and non-fiction content and making a mark time and again. Telugu Indian Idol has been one of their biggest success stories in the recent years, unearthing the finest singing talents across the globe.

The second season of the reality show is nearing its end. Telugu Indian Idol 2, hosted by noted playback singer Hemachandra, comprises composer S Thaman, singers Karthik, Geetha Madhuri as part of its jury. The top five contestants who’ve reached the finale of the new season are Sruthi Nanduri, Sounjanya Bhagavathula, Jayaram, Karthikeya and Lasya Priya.

Some of the biggest names in the tinsel town and the music fraternity - Shriya Saran, Balakrishna, Koti, Baba Sehgal, Chandrabose, Rahul Sipligunj, Krithi Shetty and Devi Sri Prasad - came to the show as guests in the earlier episodes. Given a momentous occasion like the finale, you expect a big name to hog the limelight - can it get any bigger than the Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun?

It’s official that Allu Arjun will be the chief guest of the second season. Expressing his happiness to be a part of this season, he called the show a celebration of extraordinary talent and music and said music buffs could expect exceptional performances that would leave them spellbound in the finale. The star was at his sportive fest on the sets of the show, where he mingled with the contestants without any starry airs.

Allu Arjun even reminisced about his first crush named Sruthi - also one of the names of the top 5 finalists Sruthi Nanduri based out of the US. He also spent time with Mihira, the daughter of singer Soujanya Bhagavathula while grooving to his Sarrainodu number Blockbuster alongside Jayaram. The finalists in the show were selected from a pool of over 10,000 participants across the globe.
