Allu Arjun’s Pushpa teaser breaks records of Baahubali, RadheShyam

Highly anticipated Telugu action-thriller Pushpa has already created buzz, with its teaser garnering 300 million views and 900K likes since its release on April 7. Allu Arjun, Icon Star of Tollywood, plays the role of Pushpa Raj, a sandalwood smuggler in this film.

In the mere 24 hours since the teaser’s release, the first glimpse of this Allu Arjun starrer created history by becoming the most viewed video from Tollywood in 24 hours with 25 million views. The teaser, titled ‘The Introduction of Pushpa Raj’, is also trending on number 1 position on YouTube. This colossal success of the trailer surpasses earlier looks of mega-budget films like Baahubali, RRR and RadheShyam, raising expectations of fans.

The release of ‘The Introduction Of Pushpa Raj’ coincided with Allu Arjun’s birthday, who plays the role of Pushpa Raj. Featuring Allu Arjun in a never-seen-before avatar, the teaser also wished the actor a happy birthday.

Celebrated by fans worldwide, the teaser has led to #Thaggedhele trending on social media, an Allu Arjun dialogue from the movie which means ‘we won’t back down’. The teaser showed a glimpse of Allu Arjun as a lorry driver and sandalwood smuggler in a rendition of the red sanders heist in the hills of Andhra Pradesh.

This Sukumar film also stars Radhika Mandanna and features the captivating music of Devi Sri Prasad. Pushpa is set to release on August 13.
