Pushpa trailer tease: Allu Arjun cements the mass avatar as sandalwood smuggler

Pushpa: The Rise, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, is set for a nationwide release soon. Pushpa is directed by Sukumar. It is touted to be the Telugu star's first pan-India film. The film's theatrical trailer will be released on December 6, 2021. Pushpa's makers have released a trailer teaser ahead of the theatrical trailer release.

The trailer tease introduces all of the main characters in Pushpa: The Rise, providing a glimpse into the intense, action-packed story of the film. With his action sequences and dances, Arjun's mass avatar as a sandalwood smuggler is established, while other characters are introduced in brief glimpses.

The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Ajay Gosh, and others in pivotal roles. The video teases all of the key roles, heightening the anticipation for each role in the upcoming film.

Earlier, during an interaction, Mandanna had spoken up about being a part of Pushpa. The actor shared that it's her first multilingual Pan-Indian film, and she believes it's given her the chance to explore a different side of herself as an actor. Mandanna calls it a remarkable achievement, and she can't wait for her fans and audiences to see her bring to life the character of Srivalli, who is the film's soul.

The Geetha Govindam actor also shared that it's humbling to receive such heartfelt compliments on her first look from Pushpa. Mandanna revealed she was nervous and excited, but she was grateful for all the love the audience showered on Pushpa.

Pushpa also has Samantha Ruth Prabhu shaking her leg with Allu Arjun for a special song. The music for the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, and the film is co-produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media.

Pushpa is set to be released in Telugu on December 17, along with dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.
