On March 6, Netflix announced that they have arranged a special global conference with the Queen of Tears stars Kim Soo-Hyun, Kim Ji-Won, Park Sung-Hoon, Kwak Dong-Yeon, and Lee Joo-Been, and the director-duo Jang Young-Woo and Kim Hee-Won. Released on March 9, Netflix has dropped the first two episodes of Queen of Tears till now. The K-Drama airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:10 pm KST, and at 5:40 pm IST. At the virtual LIVE conference, we got to see all the actors from Queen of Tears making their iconic heart-shaped symbols, and showering their love for fans.
