On March 6, Netflix announced that they have arranged a special global conference with the Queen of Tears stars Kim Soo-Hyun, Kim Ji-Won, Park Sung-Hoon, Kwak Dong-Yeon, and Lee Joo-Been, and the director-duo Jang Young-Woo and Kim Hee-Won. Seems like fans are still gushing over their favourite Korean stars.

Released on March 9, Netflix has dropped the first two episodes of Queen of Tears till now. The K-Drama airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:10 pm KST, and at 5:40 pm IST. At the virtual LIVE conference, we got to see all the actors from Queen of Tears making their iconic heart-shaped symbols, and showering their love for fans. In response, fans across the world are seen feeling shy and overwhelmed with joy.

Kim Soo-Hyun plays Baek Hyun-Woo, the legal director of Queens Group and husband to the powerful Queens departmental store heiress, Hong Hae-In (Kim Ji-Won). Baek Hyun-Woo is a picture of perfection, blessed with both striking good looks and a sharp mind. Despite belonging from a farmer family, he had passed out of a prestigious law school. In contrast, Hong Hae-In and her maternal family are rather creepy, and secretly jealous of each other and try to put each other down every now and then.

What do the first 2 episodes show?

According to the first two episodes, Baek Hyun-Woo seems to be annoyed with his wife Hong Hae-In and her family’s behaviour, and eagerly wants to divorce her. But things turn upside down, when he gets to know Hong Hae-In is diagnosed with a rare brain tumour, and now she has only three months left. What happens next? Will Baek Hyun-Woo stop divorcing her and start falling in love with her, or will secretly try to push her to the death bed?
