Sai Ronak, popular for his appearances in films like Pressure Cooker, Ante Sundaraniki, Odela Railway Station, is awaiting the release of his next romance alongside Avika Gor, Popcorn, this week. He has a double delight in store as well with his earlier release, Raajahyogam, arriving on OTT. Disney+ Hotstar acquired the streaming rights of the crime comedy directed by Ram Ganapathi.
Raajahyogam has begun streaming from midnight on Thursday i.e. February 9. Ankita Saha and Bismi Naas play other lead roles in the film whose supporting cast comprises Ajay Ghosh, Praveen, Giri, Badram, Shakalaka Shankar, Taagubotu Ramesh, Chitram Srinu, Sijju and Madhunandhan, to name a few. The crime caper is produced by Mani Lakshman Rao under Shree Navabaala Creations and Vaishnavi Natraj Production.
The film revolves around a mechanic Rishi (Sai Ronak), a mechanic, whose only aim in life is to find a rich girl and marry her without any worries. He bumps into Shree (Ankita Saha), a rich kid and tries every trick in the book to woo her. Meanwhile, there’s infighting amongst a group of gangsters for two diamonds. What connects Rishi and Shree to these gangsters and diamonds? Watch the film to know more.
Receiving largely mixed reviews at the time of its theatrical release, Raajahyogam didn’t enjoy a good run at the ticket window. One hopes the team benefits from the OTT release to reach out to a wider audience base. With dialogues by Chintapalli Ramana, the film’s songs were composed by Arun Muraleedharan while Paul Praveen worked on the background score.
Vijay C Kumar cranked the camera for the film edited by Pushpa fame Karthika Srinivas. Shyam Lohiya Natraj, Nandkishor Darak co-produced the film and Nageswara Kumar was its executive producer.
