Any work of art has the potential to trigger a lot of emotions among spectators and can also inspire them to create something equally compelling. This is exactly what has happened in the case of Prabhas' latest release Radhe Shyam, the period romance directed by Radha Krishna Kumar where Pooja Hegde plays the female lead. A specially abled girl and a mouth artist Swapnika Rao has come up with an art work in honour of the film and presented it to the filmmaker behind Radhe Shyam on Sunday.
Swapnika, the artist in an interaction with Radha Krishna Kumar said, "Prabhas in the film works so hard, braves a sinking ship to meet the love of his life, Prerana and it has also given me inspiration to create this artwork. The film was so engrossing that I was waiting what would happen next and it left me on the edge of my seat. I hope the director creates many more scenes and films that'll inspire many more people in the times to come."
The director Radha Krishna Kumar, touched by the gesture told Swapnika, "Your art work has made me emotional. Films may come and go but this is a touching gesture. A part of me is inspired by you. You're an inspiration for many because a lot of people have everything at their disposal and still don't create art like this. The world should get to see your story someday on the screen. I hope you reach great heights and prove the world that anything is possible."
Radhe Shyam hit theatres across the globe in five languages on March 11 and also stars Priyadarshi, Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Kunal Roy Kapoor, to name a few. Amazon Prime Video has grabbed the OTT rights for the romance while ZEE group holds the satellite rights. The film opened to mixed reviews but is still performing impressively at the box office.
