Prabhas, Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam is among the most awaited releases across the globe, only second to SS Rajamouli's RRR. Radhe Shyam, an epic romance directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, is slated to release in as many as seven languages on January 14,2022. Three songs from the film are already out including Sanchari, Ee Raathale, Nagumomu Thaarale and have been a hit with music lovers. The film's trailer was launched across all languages at a grand pre-release event hosted at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad today. Here's how the trailer fares..
The trailer has Prabhas in the shoes of a palmist Vikram Aditya, who says love and marriage are not in his destiny, while informing her curious mother trying to find him matches. A ship from far-off lands arrives while the scene shifts to a girl who proposes to Aditya. The latter casually replies that he's only interested in a flirtationship. Pooja Hegde as Prerana asks the guy if he's a Romeo or what? Vikram Aditya replies that he doesn't believe in love of the Romeo-Juliet kinds. Prerana is hardly interested to make a move in the relationship.
Cut to a few scenes later, Vikram Aditya and Prerana can't do without one another. They're even keeping a count of the number of times they've kissed one another. Who is Vikram Aditya after all? The good looking, bad fellow. Krishnam Raju as Paramahamsa even calls him the Einstein of Palmistry that world leaders across the globe are interested to meet. John Lennon, Indira Gandhi are a few among them. He can predict anything and everything, even Indian Emergency. Meanwhile, the romance takes a dramatic turn, the film hints at a tragic dimension to the story. Where is Prerana and Vikram's tale headed?
Priyadarshi, Murali Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Bhagyashree, Manish Wadwa and others essay supporting roles in the film. The film, produced by UV Creations, has music by Justin Prabhakaran across all the South Indian languages. Manoj Paramahamsa has cranked the camera while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor.
