Raghav Chadha locks lips with Parineeti Chopra as she sings Ve Maahi for him, video goes viral

Actor Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha finally made their relationship official on Saturday evening. The celebrity couple held an intimate engagement ceremony at Kapurthala House in the national capital wherein several high-profile people including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Hollywood actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas, ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra graced the event.

At the event, the guests were served world-class food and beverages. Clearly, it was no less than a big fat Punjabi engagement ceremony. And now, the videos of the ceremony are going viral on social media.

In one such video, the politician can be seen passionately kissing Parineeti on his lips. Parineeti can be seen crooning to the song Ve Maahi from the film Kesari for her beau. Touched by her gesture, Raghav, without waiting for a fraction of a second, kissed Parineeti.

Though from the outer appearance, one may call it an arranged marriage, but little do people know, that Raghav and Parineeti know each other since their graduation days. Prior to this ceremony, several reports were published by publications claiming that the bond brewing between Raghav and Parineeti is more than just friendship. The duo had often been spotted hanging out together – be it at cricket stadiums or at Delhi/Mumbai airports.

Meanwhile, congratulatory messages for the new celebrity couple have started pouring in. Parineeti’s cousin, actor Priyanka Chopra has taken to Instagram and written, “Congratulations Tisha and Raghav... Cannot wait for the wedding! So happy for you both and the families️. It's so fun to catch up with the fam!”

On Parineeti’s Instagram post, which includes pictures of her fairytale engagement ceremony, celebrities like Nick Jonas, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, Kapil Sharma, Ayushmann Khurrana, Athiya Shetty, Anupam Kher, Neha Dhupia, Nimrat Kaur and others extended their best wishes to the newest couple.
