Raghav Juyal on Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan's failure: Mere liye bahut accha tha, rates badh gaye

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which released on April 21 on the big screens did not perform as per the expectations. The Salman Khan starrer made more than 110 crore at the box office but considering that this is a multi-starrer with Salman in the lead, this was considered as the box office failure. Plus the word of mouth and critic reviews did not help the film much too. 

Now, choreographer Raghav Juyal, who played the brother in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan opened up about the same. As we all know that the film did not perform well at the box office, on the other hand, Raghav is content that he was able to contribute to a film that brought in Rs 100 crore at the box office.

Raghav Juyal told Hindustan Times, “I’m not in the league to worry about crores. For me doing a hundred crore movie is enough. I don’t know what Salman Khan thinks about it. But for me it has been good. You are as good as your last release. Jo bhi tha mere liye bohot accha tha. Rate badh gaye, ab aur kitne honestly bolu.” 

When asked about his early days in the entertainment industry, Raghav responded that he entered the field to train as a dancer, and that everything else that happens to him professionally is a bonus. “I try to live in the present, ab aage badho! Main atka nahi rehta. When I went to shoot for this movie, I didn’t have any baggage that I have done KKBKKJ,” he added.  

On the professional front, Raghav Juyal has up to four films under development. Yuddhra by Guneet Monga, a Karan Johar production, and an additional unnamed project are all in the works for him.
