Rahul Bose and Rituparna Sengupta to be back on screen again?

Rahul Bose and Rituparna Sengupta may make a comeback on the big screen once again. They played the lead – Rahul and Nandita in Aniruddha Roychoudhury’s first film Anuranan which was released in 2006. The film won National Awards, and Rahul Bose and Rituparna Sengupta won people’s hearts. It has been reported that the pair is making a comeback to Bengali cinema. Rahul said this to Sangbad Pratidin. 

In fluent Bengali, Rahul said, ‘I will do a Bengali film with Rituparna. A reunion after Anuranan.’ He said that he would be pairing up with Rituparna after almost two decades. He also gave his opinion about many things, including rugby – a sport that he played for a long time and represented India and football. 

Rahul is also acting in the film Binodini, produced by Dev Entertainment and directed by Ramkamal Mukherjee. Rukmini Maitra is playing the titular role. Koushik Ganguly will be seen in an important role. Rahul has a Hindi film Berlin in his bag. Aparshakti Khurana will act along with him in the film. He said that another Hindi film’s work would start soon. 

Rahul also opined about OTT. He said it is surely a game changer. It is a wonderful thing for the Indian cast and crew. It has a great effect on Bengali, Hindi, and English content.
