Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar have welcomed their first child. The parents were blessed with a baby girl on Wednesday. Rahul shared the news on his Instagram handle and it is the cutest thing you will see today. Rahul kept in mind how her baby was born in the midst of Ganesh Chaturthi and gave a special mention to Bappa.

Rahul Vaidya announced that Disha Parmar has given birth to their daughter. “The mummy and baby both are healthy and doing perfectly well!,” he added and asked people to bless the baby. He shared the announcement with a pretty elephant (signifying Lord Ganesha). A banner in pink revealed, “It’s a girl.”

During his interview with Times of India, Rahul revealed that he and Disha already had a name in mind if they were welcoming a baby girl. He was sure they would come up with a name if they welcomed a boy but by that point, they had not thought of it.

Rahul had kept his relationship with Disha hidden for the longest time. He proposed marriage to her during his Bigg Boss 14 stint. Rahul had written, “Marry me, Disha?” on his t-shirt as a direct question to her. This, however, happened while Disha was not in the house with him. She did not confirm or deny anything back then but of course, she accepted the proposal. They tied the knot in 2021 and became parents two years later. Rahul and Disha announced the pregnancy on May 19 through a series of images. “Hello from Mummy Daddy to be & the BABY!,” they captioned the photos. Finally, they have turned parents to a baby girl whose name they are yet to reveal.
