Anurag Halder, born in Kolkata, has worked on several projects in Mumbai. There are three songs in Maa Kali. The first one, Bharat Maa, was sung by Kailash Kher. The second one, Fagun Haway, was sung by Sonu Nigam and Anurag. The third song Saiyan Bhe was sung by Anurag. Anurag worked as the music director of the film.

Regarding his work experience, Anurag said, “It was a wonderful journey with Sonu Nigam and Kailash Kher. The songs matched with the film’s concept. I hope people will love the songs.”

Kailash Kher said, “The songs in this film will touch people’s hearts. Fabulous composition and fabulous music. The song is a perfect fit with the film.”

Sonu Nigam said, “For the first time I sang Tagore’s song in a film. This was made possible due to Anurag Halder. The song was presented quite differently. Anurag is the future asset of Bengal.”

The film is made in the backdrop of Calcutta Killing in 1946. It will be released soon.
