When Raj B Shetty shared a rather cryptic post recently via his Instagram handle, fans and followers were enamoured but also perplexed by the caption it carried. "When you hurt an artist, poem comes," wrote the actor-director in association with a picture of a fist that clasped a necklace which carried a rupee coin as a pendant. While the comments went berserk trying to make sense of it, Raj Shetty went back to his aloof ways and left things as they were.

Well, turns out that he was communicating something important through that picture and that too about a film that he is working on. Yes, according to the latest reports, Raj B. Shetty will be starring in a film that is expected to be a revenge drama and to make things more exciting, we hear that he has also scripted the story of the yet-untitled film. The project will be directed by his longtime associate Basil Alchalakkal and is likely to go on floors at the earliest, once Raj takes care of his existing commitments.

The same reports also reveal that Midhun Mukundan will score the film's music with Praveen Shriyan handling cinematography - both Midhun and Praveen, along with Basil Alchalakkal, have worked with Raj Shetty previously on Ondu Motteya Kathe and Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana.

On the other hand, Raj has wrapped the shoot of his third directorial Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye, which also stars Siri Ravikumar. Raj Shetty plays Aniketh in the film with Siri essaying the role of Prerana and the team recently unveiled the first poster of the film. Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye has been produced by Ramya's Apple Box Studios in association with Lighter Buddha Films.
