Rajat Arora, the co-writer of the dialogue for Sikandar, used the mantra to always remember Salman Khan's fame when writing. Likewise, his upcoming Kick 2 will be his third collaboration with Khan.
During an interaction with Mid Day, Arora revealed that their plan is to pick up right after Kick [2014] concluded, when Salman's character becomes a police officer. Kick featured Khan as Devil—also known as Devi Lal Singh—a sort of Indian Robin Hood. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala announced Kick 2 in October of last year, following years of anticipation regarding the actioner's potential sequel.

By stating that if any character demands a sequel, it is Devi Lal from Kick, Arora provides insight into its evolution. The sequel has been in high demand, and they could have taken advantage of the success of Kick and Salman's star power by releasing it sooner. They avoided making a fun film because they wanted it to have an original plot and be perfect. This has caused a delay in production. The scripting is currently underway and is expected to be finished shortly.
Kick 2 is supposedly set to hit floors in August of this year. According to Arora, who refused to reveal the release date, Nadiadwala has made the sequel as entertaining as the first.
Among Nadiadwala's many talents as a filmmaker is his command of narrative structure, while Salman's charisma and fame are well-known. So, he has to write with his fame in mind, but the screenplay and dialogue are influenced by his persona. "Main dil mein aata hoon, dimag mein nahin," the famous dialogue from Kick, he says, quoting Salman's character.
Sikandar (directed by AR Murugadoss) deals with politics, power, and vigilante justice; if the trailer is any indicator, Khan will deliver numerous lines of intense speech throughout the film. According to Arora, he collaborated with Hussain and Abbas Dalal on the dialogue because of how the filmmaker handled these subjects.
It was mind-blowing for him to hear the account from Murugadoss. A socially relevant and enjoyable film about a powerful subject. The difficulty in accurately portraying the intended feelings while keeping them in harmony with the central theme added another layer of difficulty.
Tiger Shroff's upcoming film Baaghi 4 is now in production, and Rajat Arora has written both the screenplay and the dialogue for it. Furthermore, Milan Luthria's next film, which stars Akshay Kumar as an eccentric police officer, is still untitled.
