It looks like Superstar Rajinikanth is on a spiritual tour. After the darshan of Lord Venkateshwara at Tirupati earlier this morning with his daughter Aishwarya, the Jailer actor was spotted at the Ameen Peer Dargah in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. Interestingly, this time around they were accompanied by Academy award-winning composer AR Rahman as well. The trio is said to have reached the dargah at 11.30am for the prayers and we hear that they will be returning to Chennai this evening. Pictures of Rahman and Rajinikanth praying in the dargah have gone viral on social media.
It was only recently that Rajinikanth had visited AR Rahman at his studio and had experienced his virtual reality thriller, Le Musk. The film, directed by AR Rahman, stars Nora Arnezeder, Guy Burnet, Munirih Grace and Mariam Zohrabiyan. Rahman had shared a video of the Superstar watching the film and later stated that the film was mind-blowing and one of a kind. Rahman shared the video on his social media page on the occasion of Rajinikanth's birthday (December 12) and had stated, "Happy birthday Superstar Rajinikanth ji. Thank you for your kind words about the Le Musk experience EPI." (sic). The 37-minute film is said to be a cinematic sensory experience that incorporates virtual reality integrated with motion, music, and scent.
AR Rahman is collaborating with Aishwarya Rajinikanth for her upcoming film Lal Salaam. The composer had recently shared some fun reels while trying out the tunes for the film. Aishwarya is seen along with him. He captioned the reel, "Jamming with the most promising female Director @aishwaryarajini for #lalsalaam in mumbai.# (sic)."
Rajinikanth, on the other hand, is busy with his upcoming film, Jailer, which is helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who had earlier directed Vijay's Beast, Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor and Nayanthara's Kolamavu Kokila. The shoot for the film, bankrolled by Sun Pictures, is underway.
