Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi's upcoming romantic comedy film, Bhool Chuk Maaf, has locked its release date. The movie has been backed by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films. As reported earlier, Bhool Chuk Maaf's teaser has been attached to Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava, which was released in cinemas today. Along with the teaser, the makers also confirmed the film's release date. Bhool Chuk Maaf will hit the big screen within two months of its teaser release.
Bhool Chuk Maaf to clash with Jaat
Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi's teaser was released today along with Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava in theatres. The makers of this romantic comedy have confirmed April 10 as Bhool Chuk Maaf's theatrical release date.
It will clash with Sunny Deol's upcoming action film Jaat. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film's ensemble star cast also includes Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Regina Cassandra.
In June 2024, Bollywood Hungama reported that Rajkummar and Wamiqa were about to commence the film's shoot in Varanasi. "Rao and Gabbi have already arrived in Varanasi to film the project under the direction of Karan Sharma. The shoot is set to commence soon," a source told the entertainment portal. The film has been directed by Karan Sharma and written by Haider Rizvi.

Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao had a couple of theatrical releases in 2024. The actor was seen in Amar Kaushik's horror comedy Stree 2 with Shraddha Kapoor and Pankaj Tripathi. The actor's film Mr and Mrs Mahi hit the big screen on May 31, 2024. It starred Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role. Rajkummar was also a part of Srikanth and Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video with Triptii Dimri.
