Rajkummar Rao moves into Janhvi Kapoor’s bungalow. Here is why…

Rajkummar Rao has bought a house in a posh locality of Juhu, Mumbai. As per reports, the triplex belongs to his Roohi co-star Janhvi Kapoor, who purchased it in 2020. The actor paid Rs 44 cr for the 3,456 sq ft apartment in which he planned to move in with his wife Patralekha. It is one of the most expensive properties that cost Rs 1.27 lakh per sq ft. As per reports, Janhvi bought the property for Rs 39 cr.

Rajkummar bought the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the apartment that belongs to Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme. The property has six allotted parking spots. The deal took place between Janhvi, Rajkummar and Patralekha in March. The registration was finalised and settled in July. Rajkummar shelled out Rs 43.87 cr plus Rs 2.19 cr stamp duty.

As it seems, Bollywood is in the mood of purchasing properties. Recently, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have purchased a Rs 119-cr quadruplex in Bandra, near Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat. That apartment is spread across 16th to 19th floors of the residential tower of Sagar Resham. Last year, Ranveer and Deepika purchased a bungalow in Alibaug that cost Rs 22 cr.
