Raktanchal Season 2 teaser: The Nikitin Dheer, Kranti Prakash Jha starrer series is back with intense politics

MX Player has recently announced the second instalment of Raktanchal. The makers informed the audience about the upcoming venture through a small teaser. Nikitin Dheer will be seen reprising his character named Waseem Khan in Raktanchal 2, while Kranti Prakash Jha and Soundarya Sharma will be back as Vijay Singh and Roli respectively.

The latest teaser features the actors in the most intense avatars. The narrator informs the audience how this town is full of crime runs by the goons and how far they go to achieve what they desire. 

The Chennai Express actor shared the latest video on his Instagram and mentioned that politics will dominate the strategy in the upcoming part. The caption reads, "Iss baar Ranneeti nahi Rajneeti banayega Purvanchal ko #Raktanchal. #Raktanchal2, coming soon on @mxplayer (sic)."

The M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story actor also shared the latest clip through his Instagram address and informed the followers about the forthcoming show by writing a caption in Hindi. The post reads, "इस गणतंत्र दिवस @mxplayer एक महत्वपूर्ण सूचना देना चाहते हैं… Iss baar Ranneeti nahi Rajneeti banayega Purvanchal ko #Raktanchal. #Raktanchal2, coming soon on @mxplayer (Sic)."

Inspired by real-life events from the 1980s of a small town in UP, the Ritam Srivastav directorial also stars Mahie Gill, Ashish Vidyarthi, Karan Patel, Mukesh Bhatt, Vikram Kochhar, Ronjini Chakraborty, Basu Soni, Krishna Bisht and Chitranjan Tripathy.

The crime-drama series is set to be streamed on the OTT giant soon.
