These are happy times for the team of Most Eligible Bachelor. The lead actor Akhil Akkineni has scored his first commercial success with the project, while Bommarillu Baskar has proved his credibility as a filmmaker yet again after films like Bommarillu, Orange and Parugu. Pooja Hegde, probably for the first time in her career, got a well-etched role that she did complete justice to. The composer Gopi Sundar too has hit form again after a lull. Now, RRR actor Ram Charan has lauded the efforts of Akhil Akkineni, Pooja Hegde, Bommarillu Baskar and the team of GA2 Pictures in making an enjoyable film.
Ram Charan, on his social media handle, had shared, "So happy for my brother @AkhilAkkineni8 on the success of #MostEligibleBachelor. Loved your performance in this film. @hegdepooja you nailed it again! Many congratulations to @GA2Official & Bhaskar. We thoroughly enjoyed it." The actress, quoting the tweet, had replied, "Thank you." Most Eligible Bachelor had a sensitive message that was blended seamlessly into an entertaining screenplay. The likes of Jaya Prakash, Murali Sharma, Sudigaali Sudheer and others too added depth to the film with their fine performances. Most Eligible Bachelor had cinematography by Pradeesh Varma.
Among the Telugu releases for Dussehra, Most Eligible Bachelor and Pelli SandaD have performed extremely well at the box office despite receiving mixed reviews from critics. While Maha Samudram didn't make much progress during the weekend, the other two films are expected to enter into the profit zone soon. Akhil's next release is Agent, a spy-thriller directed by Surender Reddy, while Pooja Hegde's epic romance with Prabhas, Radhe Shyam, is slated to release for Sankranti 2022.
