Dimple Hayathi plays the female lead in the film that also stars Jagapathi Babu and Khushbu

Gopichand, who was last seen in director Maruthi’s legal comedy Pakka Commercial, will be seen in an action entertainer next. He’s teaming up with director Sriwass for his third film after Loukyam and Lakshyam for a film titled Rama Banam. Dimple Hayati is the leading lady in the entertainer bankrolled by TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory.
Jagapathi Babu and Khushbu essay other important roles in the film whose first glimpse was unveiled recently and received impressive responses from film buffs. With the shoot of Rama Banam nearing completion, the makers announced the release date today. The film will hit theatres worldwide on May 5, ideally timed during the holiday season in summer.
The producers went the extra mile to wish students for their exams and said that they could enjoy the film together in May. Mickey J Meyer is composing the music for the actioner. Sachin Khedekar, Nasser, Ali, Raja Ravindra, Vennela Kishore, Saptagiri, Kashi Vishwanath, Satya, Getup Srinu, Sameer, Tarun Arora form the supporting cast of the much-awaited project.
In the latest poster released by the team, Gopichand is seen in a ferocious avatar, donning a stylish red shirt, while holding a weapon in his hand. Renowned writer Bhupathi Raja penned the story while Madhusudan Padamati wrote the dialogues. Vetri Palani Swamy is the cinematographer and Prawin Pudi is the editor respectively. Kiran Kumar Manne is the art director.
Vivek Kuchibhotla is co-producing the film. People Media Factory is also bankrolling the Telugu remake of Vinodhaya Sitham (starring Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam Tej), Goodachari 2, Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi and they had two hits in 2022 as well - Karthikeya 2 (on ZEE5) and Dhamaka (on Netflix). Their Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi, starring Naga Shaurya, Malvika Nair and directed by Srinivas Avasarala is gearing up release on March 17.
