Ramabanam: Will Gopichand and Sriwass score a hattrick hit?

Sriwass is a talented director but he needs a hit under his belt. So, he has teamed up with his favorite actor Gopichand for a solid action thriller titled Ramabanam. The film is up for a release on the 5th of this month and the makers have generated a decent buzz through the promotions.

Sriwass had directed Gopichand for two films Lakshyam and Loukyam which were big hits at the box office. Gopichand is also looking for a good hit as some of his films in the last year or so have flopped big time. So, there is a lot of pressure on them to deliver and score a hatrick at the box office.

The title of Ramabanam was selected by Nanadmuri Balakrishna when Gopichand came to his show Unstoppable with NBK. Since then, the title was locked and the promotions happened on a strong note. Dimple Hayati is cast opposite Gopichand in this film which has music by Mickey J Meyer.

Rama Banam also has Jagapathi Babu and Khusboo in key roles. JB plays the elder brother of Gopichand and it is his fight with the good which gets his brother involved. One is a soft guy and the other guy is not. How will this combination work out is the basic crux of Rama Banam. The film releases on the 5th of May.
