Rana Naidu: Netflix removes the Telugu version of the Venkatesh-Rana starrer

Rana Naidu marked the OTT debut of the uncle-nephew jodi Venkatesh and Rana Daggubati. The show on Netflix was in the news for its adult content and also the cuss words in the show. Venkatesh for the first time in his career was trolled for doing such a show which was cheezy and over the top as per the Telugu fans.

From the day the show went on air, Venkatesh was only being trolled and this spoiled his family image as well in the public. Rana cleverly escaped the brunt of the audience and Venkatesh got caught. Now, yet another twist has happened as the Telugu dubbed version is no longer available on Netflix.

Things are yet unknown whether this is a technical glitch or the makers purposely deleted the Telugu content as it was getting a lot of negative feedback. Whatever is the reason, Rana Naidu has got solid views thanks to the trolling that has happened in the south and on social media.

Venkatesh played Rana's father in this series which is the remake of the English show. The makers paid both uncle and nephew a bomb to do this series. This trolling did not affect Rana much as he is known to choose weird subjects time and again. But the trolling has made sure that Venkatesh goes into hiding along with the Telugu version of the show.
