Rana Naidu: This is how much Venkatesh and Rana were paid for the Netflix show

Venkatesh is a big name in the industry and does big projects. Whereas Rana Daggubati, his nephew is known to do out of the box films in his career. Well, both these actors are making their OTT debut with the Netflix show Rana Naidu. The trailer was released recently and won decent appreciation.

Well, Netlflix has paid big bucks to the actors for their OTT debut. As per the news, Venkatesh has been paid a whopping 10 crores and Rana was paid eight crores to be a part of the show. This is the highest amount for both the actors as Venkatesh gets around only six to seven crores for each film of his whereas, Rana gets four crores for a movie in the south.

Rana Naidu is the official adaptation of the 2013 crime TV series, Ray Donovan. Suchitra Pillai, Gaurav Chopra and Surveen Chawla will be seen in other lead roles. The series was scheduled to be released on March 10, 2023 in both Hindi and Telugu. Rana plays the son of Venkatesh in this web series which has a Mumbai setting.

The official trailer for the series released on February 15, 2023. Rana is seen as a man who comes to the rescue of the Bollywood celebs when they fall in trouble. But he has a tragic past with his dad Venkatesh, which comes after him. This is the basic crux of the series.
