Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt wedding: Inspired by Neetu Kapoor, Mahesh Bhatt does mehendi of Ranbir’s name

More images and videos from Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding keep pouring in. One of the latest from them is Mahesh Bhatt waving at the media. While he does that, one could see how he has done a mehendi of his son-in-law Ranbir’s name.

Mahesh Bhatt was waving at the media when his mehendi became evident. While he did not go full-fledged, Mahesh did get Ranbir’s name’s mehendi on his palm and waved towards the paparazzi. He even flaunted the mehendi for a second.

This gesture comes hours after Neetu Kapoor wrote her late husband Rishi Kapoor’s name on her finger while flaunting her mehendi. The initiation was much-adored by people who love and miss Rishi on the special occasion of Ranbir-Alia wedding.

Ranbir and Alia are now officially married. The couple is all set to make their first public appearance as a married couple outside Vastu, where their wedding took place.

Mahesh Bhatt arrived for the wedding with his daughter Pooja Bhatt. While Mahesh was spotted ahead of the wedding, his wife Soni Razdan and daughter Shaheen Bhatt were seen at the mehendi ceremony.

The guests at the wedding included Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, Jeh Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Karan Johar and Akash Ambani among others. 28 people were a part of the ceremony, keeping the COVID-19 guidelines in mind.

Ranbir’s father, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor passed away in 2020. As a gesture to keep him in her memories, Neetu put his name on her mehendi ahead of the wedding celebrations. Following her footsteps, Mahesh added Ranbir’s name’s mehendi on his palm and then joined the couple on their D-Day.
