Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt's Brahmastra trailer to be out on THIS date; first look of Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Mouni Roy out

It's not every day you get heart-pounding news about your much-awaited films. With only 100 days until the release of Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, the producers have made an interesting announcement. Yes, the trailer for the Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt-starring Ayan Mukerji directorial is set to be out on June 15, 2022. 

With the announcement, the makers dropped an intriguing teaser, which will give you goosebumps. The video not only includes Ranbir and Alia but also gives a glimpse of the first looks of the supporting actors, namely Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy.

From this video, we get an idea that Roy plays a negative role in the film, while Big B and Nagarjuna support Ranbir as Shiva in his quest to find the truth about himself. The video also gives an idea of the romantic angle between the real-life couple, Ranbir and Alia.

While sharing the video, Karan Johar, the producer of Brahmastra, wrote on his Instagram page, "In just 100 days, BRAHMASTRA: Part One will be all yours! But before that, don’t miss the Brahmastra trailer on June 15th! #Brahmastra."

Brahmastra marks the first outing of Ranbir and Alia on the big screen. The film has been in the making for nearly seven years now and is set to be a trilogy.

The magnum opus, produced by Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus, and Starlight Pictures, will be released theatrically on September 9, 2022 in five Indian languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, and will star Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni.

The film also features Dimple Kapadia in a pivotal role. Meanwhile, it's being said that Shah Rukh Khan has a special appearance in the film wherein he will be seen as a scientist.

The announcement was made in Vizag in the presence of Ranbir, Ayan, and SS Rajamouli.
