Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor’s photo LEAKED from the sets of Animal at Pataudi Palace

Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor will be sharing the silver screen for the first time. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed movie, Animal, is currently being shot at Saif Ali Khan’s ancestral home in Pataudi Palace, Delhi. The audience is both curious and excited about the upcoming thriller-crime drama.

Pictures from behind the scenes have surfaced online and have taken the internet by a storm. The stills were shared by makeup artist Anam Khan on her Instagram story. Ranbir is spotted in a clean-shaven and all-black outfit, including a black turtleneck and black trousers. The savvy look is completed with him holding a bowl in one hand and a snack in the other.

On his right, Anil is seen twinning with Ranbir in his all-black outfit, wearing a full-sleeved black shirt and black trousers. The senior actor is joined by other cast members in the picture. Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna also play pivotal roles in the film. However, they are missing from the viral photo.

The film went on floors in Himachal Pradesh earlier this year. Ranbir started the shoot for the film in April, immediately after tying the knot with Alia Bhatt.

Animal is the first joint collaboration of Sandeep, Ranbir, and Anil. In an interview with Mid-day, Anil stated how he had wanted to work with the Kabir Singh-fame director after his big release in 2019 with Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani.

The movie is Rashmika Mandanna’s third Bollywood venture. Previously, Parineeti Chopra was set to star in the film. Mandanna bagged the film after Chopra backed out of the project. The project is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Vanga, Krishan Kumar, and Murad Khetani.

In his interview with Mid-day, Ranbir stated that it was an interesting, dark, and challenging role for which he had to build a lot of muscle. The actor had been training for the role since April this year. He also stated that his ruthless character will be complemented by Anil, who will be playing his father in the film, and Rashmika, his wife. He admitted that this is the most shocking role he has ever done in his life and hopes that the audience is ready for that film from him.

Anil, in an interview, stated that he is excited to be working with Ranbir, who is a talented and hard-working actor. He also stated that the young actor is good at playing the subtle nuances of a character.
