Internet sensation Uorfi Javed's wardrobe choices were recently criticised by Ranbir Kapoor. The actor of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar claimed that Uorfi's clothing selections are bad during an interview with his cousin, Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, on her talk show What Women Want.
It started when Ranbir participated in the "good taste or bad taste" game on the talk show. In the section, Ranbir was shown a few placards by Kareena that displayed the photos of superstars in different ensembles. The Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar actor had to decide whether the clothing was in good or bad taste in the game. The twist was that nobody could see the celebrities' faces.
Ranbir properly identified the celebrities and, without hesitation, gave them a good and bad taste rating. Kareena introduced the game part by displaying to him a card with a picture of Ranveer Singh from his movie Bajirao Mastani. Ranbir gave the outfit a "good taste" rating and noted that he believes only a select few people can pull it off.
After a few placards, Kareena flashed Uorfi’s card. Looking at it, Ranbir said, 'What is this? Is this you?' Responding to Ranbir, Kareena said, 'I wish. I think you know who this person is.' In the second guess, Ranbir Kapoor correctly named the person and said, 'Is it Uorfi.' Continuing further, Ranbir said, 'I am not a big fan of this kind of fashion. But I believe that we are living in a world today where if you are comfortable in your skin…'
Kareena Kapoor interrupted his explanation and asked, “Good taste or bad taste, Ranbir.” The Rockstar actor replied, “Bad taste.”
Uorfi frequently blows up the internet with her DIY outfits and trendy cuts. She is highly known for wearing sexy outfits. The former Splitsvilla contestant's Instagram feed resembles a fashion street in every way.
Ranbir Kapoor appeared in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar with Shraddha Kapoor in the meantime. The film directed by Luv Ranjan, which debuted on March 8, have now joined the 100 crore club. In addition to Ranbir and Shraddha, Dimple Kapadia and Anurag Singh Bassi play significant roles in the film. The actor will next be seen in the crime action film Animal by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol in key roles.
