Confirming the same, an insider shared, "Comic-Con gives it a global platform. The idea is to present the mythological drama not just as an Indian epic, but as a cinematic spectacle to the world."

Positive feedback from the Los Angeles screening of the movie has left the makers contemplating the move, the birdie confirmed by stating, "The feedback at the screening has strengthened the team's belief that the film can travel across cultures."

Ramayana to be up for multiple festival screenings before its theatrical release in India

Ramayana is also likely to have multiple festival screenings before its theatrical release in India. Currently, Ramayana aims to release in India in the month of November.

In fact, the makers are reportedly also planning a musical event in October. This is where Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman’s magic would be on full display.
